摘要
采用Li-6400型便携式光合测定系统对十大功劳(Mahonia fortunei(Lindl.)Fedde)叶片的春季光合日变化进行了研究。结果表明:十大功劳净光合速率的日变化呈双峰曲线,最高峰出现在11∶00时,第二高峰出现在13∶00时,存在明显的光合"午休"现象。十大功劳日最大净光合速率为12.633μmol·m-2·s-1。同时气孔导度和蒸腾速率日变化均呈双峰曲线。
An experiment was conducted to study the diurnal variation of photosynthetic characteristics of Mahonia fortu- nei leaves in spring, and its light response by Li--6400 portable photosynthesis system. The results showed that: the net pho- tosynthetic rate of Mahonia fortunei leaves presented a double--pea curve. The highest peak in the morning appeared at about 11 : 00. The second peak appeared at about 13:00 with an obvious photosynthesis'midday depression'. The maximum of net photosynthetic rate was 12.633μmol·m^-2·s^-1 While stomatal conductance and transpiration rate change bimodal curve.
