摘要
目的:分析含笑花、叶、根茎的挥发油成分。方法:水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油并采用气相色谱-质谱技术对挥发油成分进行分析鉴定。结果:分别鉴定出34,37,37种成分,应用峰面积归一化法确定了相关成分的含量。结论:含笑挥发油主要成分为β-榄香烯、[Z]-2-[3-环丙基-7-降蒈基]醋酸甲酯、γ-榄香烯、香桦烯等。
OBJECTIVE To analyze constituents of volatile oil from Michelia figo Spreng. METItODS The volatile oil from flower, leaf, rootstock of Michelia figo Spreng was prepared by steam distillation. The constituents were analyzed and identified by GC-MS. RESULTS 34,37,37 compounds were separated and identified respectively. The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. CONCLUSION The main constituents of volatile oil from Michelia figo Spreng areβ-elemene, methyl[Z]-2-[3-cyclopropyl-7-norcaranyl]acetate, γ- elemene, betulene etc.
