摘要
产学研合作是加快科技成果转化、提升科技创新能力的重要途径之一,它既是企业发展的迫切需求,也是高校自身的内在需要,对地方经济和社会发展起着重要的支撑和引领作用。文章针对目前高等院校产学研合作效率和能力相对较低的这一状况,对支撑高等院校产学研合作的人力资源及其意愿、科技投入、科技创新平台和条件建设、科技成果状况以及科研管理机制与体制建设等科技资源进行了系统分析,指出了高校产学研合作动力提升的关键因素,并为促进产学研合作提出了相应的措施和对策,以期为高校产学研合作理论与实践研究提供借鉴,为各高校和相关政府部门开展科学研究和产学研合作提供决策依据和参考。
University-Industry cooperation was one of important methods to accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and to enhance scientific and technological innovation.It was not only urgent need for the development of enterprises but also a desire within their own need for university development.It plays an important role in supporting and guiding local economic and social development.According to facts that the efficiency and capacity of university-industry cooperation is relatively low at present,scientific and technological resources were systematically analyzed,such as human resources and their willingness,science and technology investment,building of technological innovation platform and conditions,scientific and technological achievements,scientific management mechanism and other resources.Key factors to boost the motive force of university-industry cooperation were pointed out,and corresponding measures and countermeasures were suggested.It will provide reference for studies in this area.And it can also provide basis of decision-making and reference for the universities or administrative department of local government to carry out scientific research and university-industry cooperation.
