摘要
全国职业院校技能大赛现已成为职业院校高规格比赛,得到了政府支持、企业合作和社会认可,而职业院校发展的主要工作目标之一又是实现高就业率,大赛与就业具有密切相关性。目前,职业院校就业工作存在着就业质量有待提高、人才结构性矛盾突出、就业途径仍需拓展等问题,通过大赛可塑造学生提高就业质量、避免专业设置结构性矛盾、拓展就业途径、增强就业宣传效果。因此,推动大赛快速发展,促进职业院校的就业工作是值得研究的课题。
National Vocational Skills Competition has become a high-profile one among vocational colleges, supported by the government and recognized by enterprises and society, which is closely related to the employment as the main objective of the vocational college development is to achieve high employment rates, Currently, there are such problems that the quality of employment needs to be improved, talent structural contradictions to be resolved and employment pathway to be expanded.
