摘要
稻草属于粘弹性物料,在外力作用下所产生的变形由可恢复性变形和永久性变形组成。根据压力与压缩后稻草密度的关系以及压力撤除后稻草反弹的状况,通过试验获得小捆稻草压力与压缩密度的拟合曲线、压力与变形恢复密度的拟合曲线和相应的数学关系,为设计适应南方的小型稻草打捆回收机构提供理论依据。
Straw is viscoelastic material and it deforms under external forces.The deformation is either recoverable or permanent.Based on experiments with small straw bundles,this article explores the relationship between their compression density and applied force,and their rebound density as the force being withdrawn.Fitting curves and functional relationships are figured out,which provide a powerful reference for the design of small-scale southern straw recycling machinery.
