摘要
本研究以高密度捆草机为试验装置;采用多种压力、位移传感器等测试手段。选择了有代表性的新鲜苜蓿草(豆科)、苏丹草(揉碎)、以及刚摘穗的玉米秸秆(揉碎)作为试验物料。每种物料分成若干个喂入量:每种喂入量进行一个完整的试验过程,测取全部有关数据信息对压缩产品的检测化验。揭示了三种典型新鲜草物料中,同一种物料不同喂入量时草片移动过程中应力松弛的基本数据和规律;三种物料在相同喂入量时草片移动过程中的应力松弛规律。进一步为物料、喂入量等因素对压缩二卜程、产品性能、产品质量,生产率和工程结构设计的优化,提供了基础依据。
An experimental, study was carried out on a high dellsUy baler of 360mm× 460mm cross section by adoptg n9 measuring means of variable transducer and displacement transdricer. Choosing fresh alfalfa ( the pulse family ),sudan sorghum(being crubmbled)and corn stalks(just aner being stripped offn ears)as the object of study, the researchers divided each variety of material into a certain number of stacks for different feeding rate, codducted a complete testing procedLire for each feeding rate and obtained relevant data and chemical examination report of the compressed product. The testing result" reveals the stress relaxation data and law at different feeding rates of each identical herbage layer in the displacement cotlrse as well as the stress relaxati on law at sams feeding rate of the three different herbage materials in their displacement course. The achievement of this study may provide a theoretical basis for the colitrol of product characteristic, product quality and productivy and the optization of comptession engineeting design.
