摘要
随着水稻秸秆利用率的不断提高,稻谷、稻杆联合收割机械的需求也在日益增强,在目前人们广泛使用的全喂入水稻联合收割机的基础上,增加秸秆打捆机构,一次性完成稻谷收割、脱粒、清选、入仓和水稻秸秆的压缩、打捆等工序,提高了水稻秸秆的收获效率,减少了机械进田压地次数,为水稻秸秆更好地回收利用奠定了基础。
The rising demand for higher efficiency in rice straw harvesting requires more efficient rice-and-straw-stalk combine harvesters.A new design improvement for the existing industrial whole-feed rice combine harvesters is discussed in this paper.The improvements dramatically expand the capabilities of the current whole-feed rice combine harvesters,allowing it to cut,thresh,clean,and store grains all in one machine.Additionally,the harvester can compress and bundle straw stalks simultaneously,greatly improve its operational efficiency and throughput.
