摘要
本文用有限元方法及光弹实验方法对四辊液压轧机机架的强度及刚度进行了分析。从应力分布来看,采用有限元计算和光弹性实验,其结果是相当接近的,而机架的变形也符合一般规律。因此,本文的工作为该类产品设计及其改进提供了依据。
In this paper, an analysis on the strength and stiffness of the mill frame is carried out by the photoelasticity and finite element method. This paper gives calculated results of the stress and deformation and the photoelasticity test re- sults of the stress. The results of calculation and experiment are compatible.
