摘要
以ZF3880/20/30型液压支架的底座为研究对象,通过有限元仿真技术对液压支架底座结构进行优化设计。在提升液压支架底座的最大等效应力的同时,对底座进行减重设计,降低底座的设计制造成本,提升液压支架制造厂商的生产效益。优化后的底座结构最大等效应力增加了4.16%,重量减轻了19.53%。
Through the finite element simulation technology to optimize the design of hydraulic support base structure,taking the ZF3880/20/30 type hydraulic support base as the research object, to improve the maximum equivalent stress of hydraulic support base, at the same time to reduce the weight of the base design, reduce the design and manufacturing cost of the base, improve the production efficiency of hydraulic support manufacturers. The maximum equivalent effect of the optimized base structure should be increased by 4.16%, and the mass should be reduced by 19.53%.
