摘要
轧辊偏摆是影响轧制成品厚度精度的主要干扰因素,本文介绍了一种用PLC对轧辊偏心实现记忆和补偿的方法,分析了补偿原理,给出了程序框图,对设计新型轧机或改造旧轧机都具有现实意义。
The main disturbance that affects the thickness precision of finish products is roller offset. A method of roller offset memory and compensating based on PLC is introduced. The compensation theory is analyzed and the program block diagram is also presented.
