摘要
采用Ｓｕｐｅｒ－ＳＡＰ９１结构有限元分析综合程序系统对小型轧机闭式机架进行了三维有限元的强度和刚度分析，获得在轧制力作用下机架的变形和应力分布规律，分析结果为机架设计、改造和挖潜提供了较为详实的依据．
The strenth and rigidity of the threeedimensional finite element of the closedframe of a small rolling mill are analyzed with the Supper SAP91 constructive finiteelement analysis synthetic system.The distributive regularity on the defonation and.stress of the frame under the exerted force is obtained. The detailed basis for theframe design, reform ane tapping the latent power is provided.
