摘要
研究了热双金属材料的生产工艺;分析了薄型热双金属板材的加工特点和热双金属板材在轧制时板型变化情况;根据金属材料内应力的变化规律,找出了薄型材料板型的控制因素及改善方法。
The production process of thermostat metal was studied.The characteristic and the phenomena of thin-thermostat metals during the rolling process was analyzed.At last,on the basic of the change disciplinarian of inside-stress in metal stuff,the control ingredients and improved methods on strip buckling was put forward.
