扩散退火对高敏感热双金属5J20110界面扩散行为的影响 被引量:1

The Influence of Diffusion Annealing on the Interfacial Diffusion Behavior of Thermal Bimetal 5J20110 with High Sensitivity

摘要 采用室温固相复合工艺制备了高敏感热双金属5J20110,研究了扩散退火温度和时间对5J20110的性能和界面扩散行为的影响,并结合扩散基本原理对界面合金元素互扩散的规律进行了分析,推导出界面扩散层厚度随扩散退火温度和时间变化的关系式。结果表明,随着扩散退火温度升高和退火时间延长,合金元素的扩散趋势逐渐增强,扩散层厚度逐渐增加,界面结合强度和电阻率变化很小。研究发现,界面扩散层为固溶体组织,扩散层厚度的生长与扩散时间的平方根t1/2和扩散温度T的e^-1/t的成正比。推导出的界面扩散层厚度生长的关系式可为进二步优化扩散退火工艺提供依据。 The thermal bimetal 5J20110 with high sensitivity was prepared by room temperature solid state composite process,the effect of diffusion annealing temperature and time on the properties and interfacial diffusion behavior of 5J20110 was studied,combined with the principle of diffusion,the diffusion law of interfacial alloy elements was calculated and analyzed,the relation that the interfaeial diffusion layer thickness varying with diffusion annealing temperature and time was deduced.The results show that the diffusion trend of alloy elements enhances gradually and the thickness of transition layer increases gradually with the increase of diffusion annealing temperature and time,and the bonding strength and resistivity of the thermal bimetal varies little.It is found that the interfacial diffusion layer is solid solution,and the diffusion layer thickness is proportional to the square root of diffusion time t1/2and e^-1/T of diffusion temperature T.The formula for the thickness growth of the interracial diffusion layer derived in this paper can provide the basis for optimizing the diffusion annealing process.
