摘要
在控制Pd复层与Ni芯同步延伸的情况下,Pd的复层厚度和重量百分比可以控制。Pd/Ni复合丝材的室温和高温强度性质都远高于纯Pd丝,接近Ni芯的强度性质。Pd/Ni复合丝材在高温的界面扩散具有Ni向表层迅速扩展特征,且符合ξ=Kt ̄(1/3)规律。
The changc of thickness of Pd coat and the mechanical pro-perties as well as the interface diffusion of the Pd/Ni composite wire were studied,Under the conditions of keeping simultaneous prolongation of Pd coat and Ni core,the thickness and weight percentage of the Pd coat could be controlled on the demand of products.The strcngth properties of the Pd/Ni composite wires both at the ambient and high temperature are much higher than that of pure Pd and close to that of Ni,The diffusion rate of Ni from the interface to the Pd surface layer is much higher than that of Pd to Ni,The former obeys the role of ξ=Kt ̄1/ ̄3, here ξ is the depth of the Ni diffusion layer,t is the time and K is the diffusion rate constant, being equal to 0.024mm/h for Ni.
