摘要
由主轴和中间轴组成的汤川电站水轮机轴精度高于一般水轮机轴。且其摆度测量方法也与传统方法不同。本文分析了加工难点,提出了新的加工工艺,收到良好效果,为提高水轮机轴的加工水平提供了经验。
The turbine shaft for YUKAWA power station is made of main shaft and intermediate shaft, its precision is higher than general shaft, and the method of measuring shaft alignment is different from traditional way. In this paper, the difficulty of machining was analyzed, a new kind of machining technology was advanced and obtained a good effect . It accumulate experience that improving turbine shaft of the process level.
