摘要
农村教师专业化对我国教育的公平发展乃至社会的和谐发展均具有重要意义。但由于农村教师专业化理论欠缺、实践引领不足、城乡二元经济结构制约和城乡发展权利不公等原因,目前农村教师专业化面临着专业角色不够清晰、专业知识相对不足、发展资源明显弱势、专业团队相当不稳等一系列艰难性问题。对此,我们应采取相应化解对策,有效促进农村教师专业化。
The specialization of rural teachers is of great significance both to the impartially development of education and to the harmonious development of society.Due to the lack of theory of rural teachers' specialization,insufficient practice guidance,the dual-economic structure restriction and the unjust development rights between urban and rural,there exist several problems in present countryside teachers' specialization,including unclear professional role,inadequate professional knowledge,disadvantaged development resources,and unstable professional team.We should adopt corresponding countermeasures to effectively promote the rural teachers' specialization.
