摘要 采用化学液相银沉积法在锦纶纤维表面沉积银金属,实现锦纶纤维的表面金属化,探讨沉积条件对锦纶纤维结构与性能的影响。借助FESEM、EDS、XRD对银沉积后锦纶纤维的表面形貌、沉积层元素以及晶体结构进行了分析,测试了银沉积后纤维增重率、表面电阻及沉积层的结合牢度。在上述分析基础上,得出了锦纶纤维表面银沉积的最佳配方,得到的银沉积锦纶纤维的表面电阻为0.14Ω/cm,银沉积层致密、均匀、连续。25次洗涤后纤维失重率为1.5%,表面电阻增至0.24Ω/cm。 Electroless silver deposition process was adopted to coat metal on the surface of the nylon fiber.The effects of deposition conditions on the structure and properties of the silver coated nylon fiber was studied.The morphology,elements and crystal structure of the deposited layer were characterized by FESEM,EDS,XRD,and the surface resistivity and adhesive force of the deposited layer to the fiber surface were measured.According to the analysis of above findings,the optimum deposition conditions were obtained,and the surface resistivity of the silver deposited nylon fiber was 0.14 Ω/cm.The silver coater layer was compact,uniform and continuous.After washing 25 times,the weight loss of the silver coated nylon fiber was 1.5%,and the surface resistivity increased to 0.24 Ω/cm.
