摘要
主要综述了具有阻燃、抗紫外、导电、抗菌及远红外功能特性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)功能母粒的相关研究,重点探讨了功能母粒的制备过程、功能助剂改性方法、设计构筑及功能性评价。指出未来的发展方向是提高PET功能母粒的改性高效性、热稳定性、共混相容性及成纤可纺性等方面提。
The research status of polyethylene terephthalate(PET)functional masterbatches with flame-retardant,uvioresistant,conductive,antibacterial and far-infrared properties were summarized,including the preparation methods,modification ways of functional additives,fabrication techniques and functional performances of these masterbatches.Finally,the developing directions of PET matrix functional masterbatches such as higher modified efficiency,better thermal stability,moreexcellent blending compatibility and better spinnability were prospected.
