摘要
总结当前调温纺织品的制备方法。介绍了调温纺织品的应用现状及其对相变材料性能的要求,重点阐述了中空纤维浸渍法、交联沉积法、涂覆法、复合纺丝法和微胶囊法的调温纤维制备方法,分析了各种方法的优缺点。认为微胶囊熔融纺丝法具有较大优势,具有较好的发展前景。
Current preparation method of thermo-regulated textiles was summarized. Application status of thermo- regulated textiles and property demands of phase change materials were introduced. Preparation methods of several ther- mo-regulated fiber were introduced as key including hollow fiber impregnation method, crosslinking deposition method, coating method, composite spinning method and microcapsule method. Advantages and disadvantages of the methods were analyzed. It is considered that advantage of microcapsule method is larger,the prospects is better.
