摘要
为达到控制调节储能材料相变温度之目的,依据施罗德理论对二元相变储能材料进行共混,并采用溶胶-凝胶法复合二元相变储能材料,以解决储能材料在"固-液"相变过程中的液态渗漏问题。试验表明,两种相变储能材料的适宜摩尔分数比为5∶5;通过DSC分析可知,复合工艺未对相变材料的热性能产生影响,二元复合相变储能材料整理到织物上后可达到良好的调温储能效果。
Binary phase change energy storage materials were mixed according to Schroeder's theory to adjust phase change temperature, and then was compounded by sol-gel method to avoid liquid leakage during "solid-liquid" phase changing. Optimum molar ratio of two phase change energy storage materials was 5 : 5. DSC analysis showed that compounding process exerted no influence on thermo-regulated property of phase change materials. Fabric treated with the energy storage materials featured good thermo-regulated property and energy storage effect.
