摘要
根据装载机作业工作强度大的特点,对856型装载机的摇臂作业工况进行分析,得出了摇臂在两种典型作业工况下的作用载荷。同时,在有限元模型中采用接触副单元TARGET170、CONTACT174来模拟销轴与摇臂孔的配合接触,进一步提高有限元分析的准确度。经计算,得出摇臂应力分布图,找出了摇臂的薄弱部位,然后根据薄弱部位的受力特点,对摇臂的局部结构进行了调整,加强了薄弱部位的强度。
In view of high working strength of the loader, working conditions of type 856 loader's rocker arm are analyzed, and the loadings of the rocker arm in two typical operating modes are obtained. Meanwhile, the contact pair unit TARGET170 and CONTACT174 are used to simulate the fit contact between the pin and the hole of the rocker arm in the finite element model, so as to improve accuracy of the finite element analysis. After calculation, the stress distribution of the rocker arm is obtained, and the weak part of the rocker arm is located. Then, according to the mechanical characteristics of the weak part, the local structure of the rocker arm is adjusted, thus the strength of the weak part is reinforced.
