摘要
针对在卸载工况下矿用车举升机构各关键点的受力难以精确测量的实际问题,以多体系统动力学的理论为基础,综合运用建模软件Pro/E、仿真软件ADAMS对某矿用车举升机构进行动力学建模及卸载工况下的动态仿真。研究结果表明:建立与实际相符合的虚拟样机模型,通过仿真分析获得在卸载工况下举升机构动力学分析的精确数据,为矿用车举升机构的优化设计提供依据。
In view of the practical problems of the difficult force measurement of the key points of lifting mechanism of the mining truck under unloading conditions,based on the theory of multi-body system dynamics,use the modeling software Pro/E and simulation software ADAMS to carry out dynamic modeling of a mining truck lifting mechanism and dynamic simulation under unloading conditions.The results show that a virtual prototype model was set up in accordance with the actual situation,the accurate data of lifting mechanism's dynamic analysis under unloading conditions can be obtained through simulation analysis,it provides a mechanical basis for the optimization design of lifting mechanism of mining truck.
