基于轨道小车悬挂参数的车组输送机横向振动研究 被引量:1

摘要 车组式输送机轨道小车横向振动对输送机平稳、安全运行有直接影响,事关输送机性能。利用UG软件建立了轨道小车的三维模型,用动力学仿真软件SIMPACK建立轨道小车仿真模型。结果表明,横向刚度参数对小车横向振动影响不大,纵向刚度参数对小车横向振动影响较大,在低阻尼情况下更为突出。 The lateral vibration of track trolley of car group conveyor has direct influence on the smooth and safe operation of the conveyor,which is related to the performance of the conveyor.The three-dimensional model of track trolley was established by UG software.The dynamic simulation software SIMPACK was used to build the track trolley simulation model.The results show that the lateral stiffness parameters have little influence on the lateral vibration of the trolley,and the longitudinal stiffness parameters have great influence on the lateral vibration of the trolley,which is more prominent in the case of low damping.
