摘要
为了分析矿用无轨车在矿井坑洼颠簸路面行驶时各连接部位的受力状况,采用虚拟样机仿真的手段,将矿用无轨车三维模型和正弦路面三维模型导入机械系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS中,根据车辆满载运行参数设置动力学仿真模型;通过动力学仿真,结果得到10个关键连接部位的受力变化曲线图;分析曲线图可知,矿用无轨车在正弦路面激励下的动态受力最大值为静态受力的3倍。
In order to analyze the condition of the mine engineering vehicle driving on the bumpy mine road,the virtual prototype simulation is used.The 3D model of the vehicle and the three-dimensional model of the sinusoidal road are introduced into the mechanical system dynamics simulation software ADAMS.In this paper,the dynamic simulation model is built according to the full load operation parameters.Through the dynamic simulation,the results show that the stress change curves of 10 key joints are obtained.According to the analysis of the curve,the maximum dynamic stress of the vehicle is 3 times of the static force.
