摘要
基于并联机构设计了一种3-RPC结构的并联液压支架,建立了三维模型,通过仿真软件ADAMS对其进行运动分析,通过ANSYS对其进行有限元分析,验证了3-RPC并联液压支架的性能,在应用上可行,为三自由度3-RPC并联液压支架的进一步研究奠定了基础。
A type of parallel hydraulic support based on the 3-RPC parallel mechanism is designed, and established the three-dimensional model. ADAMS is applied to do the kinematics analysis, and ANSYS is applied to do the finite element analysis, which is carried out to verify the performance of the 3-RPC parallel hydraulic support. The results show that the design meets the requirements of application, which laid the foundation for the further study of three DOF 3-RPC parallel hydraulic supports,
