摘要
采用三维造型软件Pro/ENGINEER建立全液压凿岩钻机钻臂实体模型,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench进行有限元分析。通过对ANSYS Workbench后处理数据进行分析,得出4种典型工况下全液压凿岩钻机钻臂应力分布情况,为全液压凿岩钻机钻臂的进一步优化提供了依据。
The 3D solid model of the boom of hydraulic drilling rig is built by Pro/ENGINEER software, and then the static and dynamic characteristics are calculated buy ANSYS Workbench software. In order to obtain the corresponding condition of the stress diagram of four work conditions, made an analysis on rigidity and intensity of the rack by ANSYS Workbench.This provides reliable reference for the structural improve of hydraulic drilling rig boom.
