摘要
建立某铰接式无轨胶轮车整车动力学模型,通过虚拟样机仿真提取了坑道路况下车架与各部件连接处的动态载荷,并将其最大值加载至相应工况下的车架有限元模型,计算得到车架的应力分布规律,以验证和评价车架在瞬间动态载荷下的强度特性;通过约束模态分析,获得车架的固有频率及振型、并描述车架结构系统的动态特性。
An entire car dynamic model of an vehicle is established, and peak value of dynamic articulated explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred load on the frame joint under the rectangular-pothole road condition were obtained by muhi-body dynamic dynamic simulation results were apphed to the finite simulation, then random excitation peaks of element model, at last, stress distribution is obtained by FEM calculation, strength characteristics of frame under instant dynamic load are verified and evaluated. Basing on restrained modal analysis of the frame, natural frequencies and mode shapes were obtained, and structured system dynamic characteristics of the frame are described.
