摘要
本文通过有限元分析得到了某一型号的振动筛驱动梁原有结构在激振力作用下的应力分布图,根据应力分布对驱动梁进行了2方面的结构优化,优化后的驱动梁质量降低了91kg,最大应力下降了23%,应力分布更加均匀,对该驱动梁的轻量化设计取得一定成果。
In this paper, a finite element analysis is given to obtain the stress distribution of the original structure of a certain type of vibrating screen.According to the stress distribution, the structure optimization of the 2 aspects of the driving beam is carried out.The optimized driving beam's quality is reduced by 91kg, the maximum stress is decreased by 23%, and the stress distribution is more uni- form.The lightweight design of the drive beam has achieved certain results.
