摘要
运用有限元法对在使用中车架出现开裂的客车典型工况进行模拟计算,在得到原车结构应力、应变分布的基础上,提出了结构改进方案,对改进前后整车骨架的强度、刚度以及随机振动响应谱进行计算及对比分析,为局部改进方案提供了理论依据。并从材料和工艺方面分析了车架开裂的原因。
Because of the early framework failure of a bus, this paper established the finite element model based on the 3D element and calculated the stress level and colacentration status on the framework under the typical load conditions. The improved scheme was presented based on the stress and strain level on the framework. By contrasting stress and RPSD of former framework with the improved one, the reasonable of the improved scheme was validated. And some reasons of framework failure was found from the standpoint of material and technology.
