摘要
目的测定普罗碘铵经球后注射后,不同时间家兔玻璃体中碘的质量浓度,进而研究此药经血眼屏障的通透性。方法将50只健康成年家兔随机分为两组,Ⅰ组为空白对照组;Ⅱ组每只家兔右眼球后注射普罗碘铵0.3 ml,72小时后左眼球后注射普罗碘铵0.3 ml;两组在用药后1、3、6、12、24 h分别取玻璃体,采用砷铈催化分光光度法测定其中碘浓度。结果球后注射组玻璃体内碘含量与空白对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义。经球后注射后3 h,兔玻璃体内碘浓度达峰值,以后逐渐减少;24 h后仍高于正常水平。结论普罗碘铵经球后注射能透过血眼屏障进入眼内,代谢缓慢。
Objective To determine iodine concentration of the rabbit vitreous body in the different time after prolonium iodide or retrobulbar injection, in order to study its permeability through blood - ocular barrier. Methods Fifty adult rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups. I group is the normal control group ; in the II group, every rabbit injects 0.3 ml Prolonium Iodide with retrobulbar injection for right eye, then injects 0. 3 ml Prolonium Iodide with intramuscular injection for left eye after 72 h; After using the drug, every group determines iodine concentration of vitreous body using Arsenic and Cerium catalysis spectrophotometry in different time. Results Iodine content of vitreous body in the retrobulbar injection groups are obvious difference from that in the normal control group. 3 h after retrobulbar injection, Iodine concentration in the rabbit vitreous body gets to peak value and then begins to decline; about 1 h after retrobulbar injection and 3 h after intramuscular injection, Iodine concentration in the rabbit aqueous humor gets to peak value and then begins to descend, it is still higher than normal level after 24 h. Iodine content in the retrobulbar injection group is higher than that in the intramuscular injection. Conclusion Prolonium Iodide can enter eye through blood - ocular barrier and metabolizes slow though retrobulbar injection.
