摘要
目的限量测定普罗碘铵的有关物质和降解产物。方法紫外分光光度法,检测波长353nm。结果经对比分析,本法可更加精密的进行普罗碘胺中有关物质和降解产物的限量测定。结论本方法适合普罗碘铵的有关物质和降解产物测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a UV method for the determination of the related substances and degradation substances of Prolonium Iodide. METHODS UV; the detective wavelength: 353nm. RESULTS The method can determine the degradation substance of Prolonium Iodide more exactly. CONCLUSION This method is suitable for controlling the quality of Prolonium Iodide.
