摘要
目的测定普罗碘铵经肌肉或球后注射后,不同时间点家兔玻璃体中碘的浓度。方法60只成年家兔随机分为3组,Ⅰ组为空白对照组;Ⅱ组每只家兔右眼球后注射20%浓度普罗碘铵0.3ml,120h后左眼球后注射普罗碘铵0.3ml;Ⅲ组每只家兔肌肉注射20%普罗碘铵24mg/kg;各组在用药后1、3、6、12、24h取玻璃体,采用砷铈催化分光光度法测定其中碘浓度。结果球后及肌肉注射组玻璃体内碘含量与空白对照组比较具有显著性差异。结论普罗碘铵经球后及肌肉注射能透过血眼屏障进入眼内。
Objective To determine iodine concentration of the rabbit vitreous body in the different time after prolonium iodide intramuscular or retrobulbar injection. Methods Sixty adult rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups-group Ⅰ was the control group; in group Ⅱ, every rabbit was injected 20% prolonium iodide 0.3ml with retrobulbar injection on the right eye for the first time, and the second time after 120h. In group Ⅲ, every rabbit was injected 20% prolonium iodide 24mg/kg with intramuscular injection; After injection, the iodine concentration of vitreous body using Arsenic and Cerium catalysis spectrophotometry was determined in different time. Results Iodine content of vitreous body in the intramuscular and retrobulbar injection groups were obviously different from that in the control group. Conclusion Prolonium Iodide can enter the eye through the blood-ocular barrier.
