摘要
针对某公司气分装置中轻烃泵群用接触式机械密封使用周期短、可靠性和稳定性差、介质泄漏严重等突出问题,设计出了轻烃泵群用串联式干气密封。结果表明,干气密封的密封性能优良、端面温升及摩擦功耗极低,在氮气压力为零的情况下也能够实现非接触运转,完全满足工业应用要求。对于解决炼油厂轻烃泵机械密封的泄漏、使用周期短等突出问题,具有重要的指导意义和工程应用价值。
In the application of contact mechanical seal in light hydrocarbon pump, the problems of short life, bad reliability and stability and serious leak exist, To solve these problems, serial light hydrocarbon pump used dry gas seal was designed. It has been shown that this dry gas seal has the advantages of excellent seal property, very low temperature rise at ends and low friction consumed energy. Moreover, non - contact seal can be realized under the condition of zero nitrogen pressure. It can allover reach the requirements in engineering. What presented in this article is valuable to solve the problems existed in light hydrocarbon pump used mechanical seal, such as leak and short life, and is meaningful in practical engineering.
