摘要
润滑油类密封的设计一直要求很高,由于其良好的润滑性和流动性,在石化企业的设备中应用较为广泛,所以带压的双密封的设计中一般都使用润滑油作为隔离液。高压的润滑油密封是一个设计难题,通过对某厂的密封设计过程和结构的分析,认为可以通过调整密封参数和密封环形状,控制端面锥度和热转角,以达到较好的密封效果。
The requirements for the design of lubricant seal, which is applied widely in petrochemical industry, especially in the design for double seals, are often restricted. But, the design of lubricant seal with high pressure has been a difficult one. In this article, with the analysis of the design and the structure of one seal used in practice, it was considered that by adjusting seal parameters and the shape of seal ring, the taper of the end and heat comer can be controlled so as to reach better seal effect.
