摘要
为了提高炼油厂高温泵机械密封运行的可靠性和使用寿命,改善高温泵机械密封的使用条件,文章介绍了国内主要密封厂商的技术水平以及高温泵的机械密封选型原则,并从其原理、结构以及选材、加工过程、热处理、过程检测、出厂试验等关键环节进行分析,对如何建立一个可靠密封系统环境进行阐述,对应用中如何保证高温泵机械密封运行可靠性的关键技术问题提出了建议。
In this article, to enhance the reliability of the mechnical seals for high-temperature fuild pumps , and improve the seal＇ s operation condition and life, the technology of main seal manufacturers and selection method of the high-temperature seal are intro- duced, and how to establish a reliable seal system, including seal＇ s material, processing, heat-treatment, shop inspection and testing, are analyzed. And the technology requirements about seal system and the important selection principles about seal system reliability are also adviced.
