摘要
给出了计算单组分介质的粘度、密度、导热系数和饱和蒸汽压等热物理性质的关联式.以平行端面机械密封为模型,对机械密封的端面温度、膜压系数和相变半径等性能参数进行了计算.给出了端面温度和膜压系数的关系曲线.对液氨泵轴封进行了实测计算.结果表明,端面温度理论值同实测值吻合很好,文中所给软件及方法可供生产实际中应用.
This paper presents the correlations for calculating thermodynamic properties of single component fluid. Taking mechanical seals of parallel face as the models, the performance parameters, such as face temperature, fluid-film-pressure coefficient, phase-transition radius and so on, are calculated. The curves of relation between film pressure parameter and the face temperature are given. A new idea is proposed for monitoring phase states of fluid film between two sealing faces. Taking the mechanical seals of liquid ammonia pumps as example, the calculation results of face temperatures are in excellent agreement with measured results. The programes and methods given in this paper may be applied in practice.
