摘要
针对原进口胶乳输送离心泵存在严重的破乳堵挂现象研制开发了一种新型双螺杆泵。其主要特征包括采用旋臂式结构保证胶乳流动畅通,同步齿轮传动使双螺杆不接触而避免破乳凝聚现象,采用自主研制开发的非接触式机械密封实现轴封的长周期可靠运行等。新型双螺杆泵已成功通过工业考核并得到了推广应用。
According to the serious rubber latex break and block in the imported centrifugal pumps, the new-type double screw pump is developed. The cantilever structure is used to guarantee the smooth latex flow and the latx break-block are eliminated owing to the non-contact of the synchronous gear transport, the long work period and the reliable operation are realized by utilizing self-developed non-contacting mechanical face seals. The new-type double screw pumps have been industrial tested and applicated.
