摘要
分析了脱乙烷塔回流泵接触式机械密封频繁失效的原因,选用适合乙烷介质的串联式干气密封及控制系统对脱乙烷塔回流泵密封进行改造获得成功。
The frequent failure causes of the contact machinery seals in the reflux pumps of de ethane columns were analyzed, a retrofit was made of the seals in the reflux pumps of de ethane columns by using selecting dry gas seals and control systems suitable for ethane media, and a good result was obtained.
