摘要
企业后备人才开发与管理应该遵守"3S1E"原则,即战略原则、科学原则、系统原则、效益原则。一个较为科学的后备人才开发与管理,应该是以企业战略为导向,以甄别关键岗位为核心,以后备人才胜任力模型构建为基础,包括了甄别关键岗位、构建岗位胜任力模型、后备人才规划、后备人才选拔、后备人才培养、后备人才管理六大步骤,贯穿人力资源管理各个环节的完整体系。
Enterprise backup talents development and management should abide by the "3S1E" principle, namely, strategic principle, scientific principle, systematic principle and effective principle. A scientifical backup talents development and management should be with enterprise-strategy-oriented and with discerning a key position as the core, with backup talents competence model building as the foundation, including discerning key position, constructing post competency model, backup talents planning, backup talents selection, backup talents training, backup talents management, through each part of human resource management in the whole system.
