摘要
采取问卷调查的方法,对重庆市民营企业中高层管理人才的择业动机、离职影响因素以及需求特征进行了分析,在此基础上提出了稳定民营企业中高层管理人才的策略建议。
Through the study of the investigation by questionnaires ,this study revealed the motivation of choosing job of the top and middle level managers in private enterprises,their influence factors of leaving job and the characteristics of their needs. Finally, four countermeasures on how to stabilize those managers was put out based on this investigation.
