摘要
先用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己内酯1000(PCL)和丙烯酸β-羟乙酯(HEMA)合成聚氨酯预聚体,再与丙烯酸酯和苯乙烯(St)共聚得到丙烯酸酯-St改性水性聚氨酯(PUA)乳液。分别用溶胀法、视频接触角测量仪、热失重分析仪、紫外耐候仪等比较分析NCO/OH摩尔比、St用量和丙烯酸酯单体种类等因素对PUA膜的耐溶剂、耐水、耐热和耐候的影响。结果表明,当NCO/OH摩尔比值为1.4,选用柔顺性好的丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和St等摩尔比添加时,合成PUA膜的综合性能最好,溶剂溶胀率仅为28.5%,水接触角为98.1°,开始分解温度为230.8℃,紫外降解相对缓慢。
A series of polyurethane prepolymer were prepared with IPDI and PCL1000. The propolymer reacted with acrylate and styrene to gain the acrylate-polyurethane hybrid emulsion. The influences of NCO/OH, the dosage of styrene and the species of acrylate on solvent-resistance, water-resistance, heat-resistance and weatherability were discussed, with the characterization of PUA films' swelling rate, water contact angle and running of TG and UV weathering test. The results indicated that the integrative property of PUA films achieved the best when the NCO/OH = 1.4 and the molar rate of butyl acrylate and styrene was 1 : 1. The swelling ratio of the PUA film was 28.5% ,the water contact angle was 98.1°, the decomposition beginning temperature was 230.8 ~C and the UV- degradation rate was slower than other films.
