摘要
以聚醚改性有机硅2127、蓖麻油、聚己二酸1,4-丁二醇酯为多元醇,甲苯二异氰酸酯为主要原料,以二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和1,4-丁二醇为扩链剂,合成了以蓖麻油、有机硅改性的水性聚氨酯,探讨了R值(nnco/nOH的比值)、蓖麻油、有机硅2127对水性聚氨酯性能的影响,配合助剂制成了合成革用水性聚氨酯处理剂。结果表明:R值为1.25,DMPA含量为5%,蓖麻油含量为8%,2127含量为10%时,水性聚氨酯具有良好的性能,配以助剂可以得到性能优异的合成革表面处理剂。
Waterborne polyurethane (WPU) modified by castor oil ( C. O. ) and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) was synthesized using polyether-modified PDMS, C. O. , poly adipic acidl ,4-butanediol ester as polyol, toluene di- isocyanate (TDI) as raw materials, and dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) and 1,4-butanediol (BDO) as chain ex- tenders. The effects of R value (the ratio of nnco/rtoH) , C. O. , and PDMS on WPU properties were investigated, then the WPU was formulated with auxiliaries to obtain the finishing agent which could be applied in synthetic leather. The results show that when R value is 1.25, DMPA content is 5%, C.O. content is 8%, and PDMS content is 10%, the WPU possesses optimum properties. The synthetic leather-used finishing agent formulated by WPU and auxiliaries has superior properties.
