摘要
采用自乳化法合成了有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液.通过傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对其结构进行了表征.分别讨论了有机硅和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)含量对乳液粒径、黏度及其涂膜的表面疏水性、力学性能、附着力、耐冲击性等性能的影响.结果表明:当有机硅含量为10%时,有机硅改性水性聚氨酯的综合性最好;同时,降低DMPA含量可以提高涂膜的耐水性,改善其综合性能.
The organosilicon modified waterborne polyurethane was prepared by neutralization emulsification method.The structure of the organosilicon modified waterborne polyurethane was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscope ( FTIR ).The effects of the content of organosilicon and dimethylol propionic acid ( DMPA ) on the diameter, viscosity, hydrophobicity, mechanical properties, adhesion and impact resistance were discussed.The results show that the organosilicon modified waterborne polyurethane has better comprehensive functions when the percentage of organosilicon is 10%.Besides, the waterproofness of coating film can be enhanced by properly reducing DMPA content, and comprehension properties have also been improved.
