摘要
将超高分子量聚乙烯与双峰聚乙烯以7:3的质量比进行共混改性,并加入1.5份钛白粉、0.5份抗氧剂和0.5份光稳定剂,制得耐紫外线辐照性能、耐热老化性能和耐环境应力开裂性能优异的护套料。该护套料试样在强紫外线辐照1000h后,其断裂伸长率保留率仍在50%以上,耐环境应力开裂时间大于1500h。通过扫描电子显微镜和衰减全反射-傅立叶变换红外光谱仪研究了试样表面的微观结构与化学结构的变化,发现其老化过程复杂,自制的护套料有较好的耐久性。
Jacket material of ultraviolet radiation resistance,heat aging resistance and environmental stress cracking resistance was made by ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) blended with bimodal polyethylene (BPE),7:3 by weight and adding 1.5 copies of titanium and 0.5 copies of antioxidants and light stabilizer.Its breaking elongation retention rate was still more than 50% under strong ultraviolet radiation for 1000 h,its environmental stress cracking resistance (F50) was greater than 1500 h.The micro-structure changes and chemical-structure changes of the sample surface were studied by Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM) and Attenuated Total Reflection Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR).The results indicated that the aging process was complex and the self-made jacket material had good durability.
