摘要
以TDI、DMPA、PEG为原料合成端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体,将该预聚体与1-氮丙啶基乙醇反应,合成以氮丙啶基封端的聚氨酯交联剂。实验结果表明,该交联剂可在室温下与聚氨酯预聚体发生固化反应,制得的涂膜透明性及光泽度优异。并且该交联剂与聚氨酯水分散液具有良好的相容性。当水性聚氨酯中的羧基与交联剂中的氮丙啶基团之比为1∶1时,固化后涂层的附着力、柔韧性、冲击强度很好。
Isoeynate terminated pre-polyurethane was prepared from toluene diisocyanate (TDI),polyethylene glycol (PEG) and 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA). The prepolymer was then reacted with l-aziridinyl ethanol to obtain the polyurethane with aziridinyl functionality on both ends. The results show that the crosslinker can react with the pre-polyurethane at room tempera- ture. The obtained coatings exhibited excellent transparency and glossiness. And the crosslinker had good compatibility with polyurethane aqueous dispersions. When the ratio between the carboxyl in the waterborne polyurethane and the aziridinyl in the crosslinker is 1:1,the cured coating has good adhesive force,flexibility and impact strength.
