摘要
目的检测血清可溶性凝集素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体-1(LOX-1)和外周血单核细胞LOX-1mRNA在急性冠脉综合征患者中的表达,探讨其在评价预测急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的意义。方法用酶联免疫法ELISA测定ACS组(n=75)、SAP(稳定型心绞痛)组(n=60)及正常对照组(n=40)血浆ox-LDL和LOX-1的水平,并分离外周血单核细胞检测LOX-1mRNA的表达。结果 ACS组ox-LDL、LOX-1、外周血单核细胞LOX-1mRNA水平均显著高于SAP组和CON组(P<0.05);ACS组患者血浆LOX-1水平与ox-LDL呈显著正相关,ACS组患者外周血单核细胞LOX-1mRNA表达水平与血浆ox-LDL呈显著正相关。结论 ACS患者血浆可溶性LOX-1和外周血单核细胞LOX-1mRNA水平均明显升高,二者可以作为诊断早期ACS的一个有效指标。
Objective To assess the value of serum soluble lectin-like oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor-1 (LOX-1) levels and LOX-1 mRNA expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in early diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the levels of plasma ox-LDL and LOX-1 in 95 patients with ACS,60 with stable angina pectoris (SAP) and 40 normal control subjects. The expression of LOX-1 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells was detected by RT-PCR in the 3 groups. Results The levels of ox-LDL,LOX-1 and LOX-1 mRNA in the peripheral blood monouclear cells were significantly higher in ACS patients than in SAP patients and normal control subjects (P0.05). In ACS group,the level of plasma ox-LDL was significantly correlated to serum LOX-1 and LOX-1 mRNA expression in peripheral mononuclear cells. Conclusion The level of plasma soluble LOX-1 and LOX-1 mRNA in peripheral mononuclear cells are significantly increased in ACS,and when combined,they provide a useful means for detecting ACS in the prophase.
