摘要
目的:研究凝集素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体-1(sLOX-1)在男性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者(OSAHS)中的水平。方法:选取2011年9月-2012年6月于武汉大学人民医院鼾症中心住院的102例男性患者行多导睡眠监测,进一步分为轻度组(n=24),中度组(n=14)和重度组(n=64)。ELISA法监测患者血清sLOX-1水平,并在1月后随访。结果:对正常对照组、轻度和中度OSAHS患者相比,重度OSAHS患者血清sLOX1水平升高,血清sLOX1水平与夜间平均血压、总甘油三酯(TG)、呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、最低血氧饱和度(LSaO2)水平呈正相关。1个月后随访,重度OSAHS患者血清sLOX1水平明显降低(P<0.001)。结论:血清sLOX-1与重度OSAHS密切相关,男性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者sLOX-1水平升高。
Objective: To study the changes of soluble lectin-like oxidized LDL receptor 1 (sLOX-1) in male patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods: A total of 102 male patients with OSAHS and 16 controls were enrolled in the study, from September 2011 to June 2012. Patients with OSAHS were further divided into mild (n=24), moderate (n=14) and severe OSAHS groups (n=64). Serum sLOX-1 concentration was measured by ELISA kit before treatment and one month after treatment. Results: The sLOXl levels in the severe OSAHS group were significantly higher than in mild OSAHS, moderate OSAHS and control groups. Serum levels of sLOX-1 were correlated positively with mean blood pressure (night), serum triglyc- eride (TG), AHI, and LSaO2. Circulating sLOX-1 was independently associated with AHI by a multiple regression analysis, sLOX-1 levels were significantly reduced (P〈0. 001) after a month of treatment. Conclusion. High levels of sLOX-1 were closely linked with the presence of severe OSAHS. Elevated sLOX-1 were found in male patients with OSAHS.
