摘要
以顺丁烯二酸酐和苯胺为原料,在醋酸钴、乙酸酐、三乙胺催化下,合成了17种N-取代苯基马来酰亚胺,并对化合物的抑菌及缓蚀活性进行了初步探讨。结果表明:该类化合物对革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌均有较好的抑制效果,部分化合物对铜还表现出缓蚀活性。
Seventeen N-substituted phenyl maleimide derivatives were synthesized using aniline and maleic anhydride as starting materials,and cobalt acetate,acetic anhydride and triethylamine as catalysts.The antimicrobial and corrosion-inhibiting activities of the obtained products were investigated.The results showed that these compounds exhibited good inhibition effect against Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria,some of the products could decrease the corrosion of copper.
