摘要
以顺酐和苯胺为原料,合成N-苯基马来酰亚胺。在乙酐法和共沸脱水法的基础上,开发了一条新工艺,减压共沸法合成N-苯基马来酰亚胺。该法以磷酸为催化剂,得到收率>85%,纯度>95%的N-苯基马来酰亚胺。
N-phenyl maleimide was synthesized from maleic anhydride and aniline. Decompressed azeotropic method,a totally new method for the preparation of N-phenyl maleimide(N-PMI), is developed on the basis of acetic anhydride method and atmospheric azeotropic method. The reaction is carried out in the presence of orthophosphoric acid, with the yield of N-PMI above 85 %, and the purity of product above 95 % .
