摘要
研制了一种耐350℃的双组分有机硅胶粘剂,可以粘接金属(不锈钢、铝、钛合金、铜等)、硅橡胶,粘接表面不需要底胶进行处理,对以上材料的室温粘接强度超过2.0MPa,胶粘剂在粘接金属与硅橡胶、金属和金属时,分别经过250℃×200h、300℃×200h、350℃×50h高温老化后,粘接强度分别达到2.2MPa、2.7MPa、1.2MPa以上。胶粘剂对金属表面不会产生腐蚀。
A two-part organo-silicon adhesive used at 350℃ was prepared , which can bond metals（stainless steel, aluminium, titanium alloy, copper） and silicone rubber without primer. Its bonding strength was over 2.0 MPa at room temperature, and reached 2.2 MPa, 2.7 MPa and 1.2 MPa after 250℃×200 h, 300℃×200 h and 350℃ ×50 h in hot air ageing,respectively. The adhesive can＇t corrode metals.
